Kanso FM was formed by an award winning team with over 20 years expertise in the Facilities Management industry, believing that there is a need for something new and different, that is a disruptor to challenge the normal.
We are a service provider that keeps everything simple, from costs, to service levels, expectations and happy clients, all whilst being 100% transparent and ethical – simply, doing the right thing.

You have amazing spaces with great views so why not enjoy them! Our team will ensure your windows sparkle regardless of the weather. We use reach and wash, cradle, and abseiling to ensure you look your best all year round. We clean your internal glass too!
Marble, stone, wood, tile – we can make all of your floors look amazing. We use the best of technology and equipment to deliver a professional result every time. We will provide a solution in-line with your manufacturers warranties and building O&M’s.
The washroom is a sanctuary as well as being functional and it is often an indicator of how you look after your staff and value your customers and visitors too. We ensure the very best of service with a combination of people and technology to deliver the highest of standards.
At Kanso we do pest management, not pest control. As such we work with all of the services in your space to provide an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) solution. Prevention and management is better than cure!
Recycling and waste management is no longer an optional extra. We work with innovative waste management teams shipping waste by the waterways and fighting the ‘war on plastic’. We can help you improve your recycling rates, reduce costs and improve the environment for future generations.
Consumables & Supplies
Essential to the functionality of your washroom and hospitality environments. We provide cost effective consumable and paper products from ethical and sustainable sources including bamboo!
Amazing workspaces also need to be functional and safe. Kanso FM can provide you with the core maintenance and handy services such as PAT testing, electrical safety testing and your general maintenance needs on an ad-hoc or PPM schedule.
In a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) environment we live, work and engage in, at Kanso we can remove that worry for you. We can provide a number of security solutions for you. Did we mention all of our staff are vetted against the Home Office guidelines too!
Our Executive Team
Kanso FM was founded by Chris Parkes to create a great organisation that people want to work for, creating opportunity at every level that delivers best in class Facilities Management services.
Kanso FM has a capable Executive Team built on ethics, sustainability and a passion for exemplary service to exceed our clients expectaions.
Founder & MD
Chris decided to launch Kanso FM after working over 10 years in the Facilities Management and Contract Cleaning industry. Chris has operated at a national level with FTSE TFM organisations and in the last 6 years exclusively in the London region. Chris has a strong family connection with the industry, being ‘on the tools’ before working at a senior management level. Chris has been a speaker at the Sustainable Cleaning Products Summit in Paris and a finalist in the Ex-Forces in Business Awards. Prior to this he held a commission in the British Army for 10 years.
Steve is an exceptional senior operator in the Facilities Management industry and has held positions in the cleaning, specialist, transport and security divisions at both a national and London region level. He is passionate about delivering the highest level of service in an ethical and transparent way. Prior to his work in the FM industry, Steve worked as a constable in the Metropolitan Police Service and also a SNCO in the British Army. Steve is a board member of Kanso FM.
